Abstract Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be submitted in English.
- Abstracts must be structured and include sections for Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- The word limit for abstracts is 350
- Abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Please use Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- Include the title of the abstract, names of authors (with affiliations), and contact details of the corresponding author.
- Abstract submissions should be uploaded on Abstract submission page.

- Call for Abstracts Opens: 15th October 2025 onwards
- Submission of Abstract(s) closes: Deadline, 15th December 2025
- Result Confirmation on Abstracts: 2nd January 2026
